Method 1 Place chicken breasts on lightly sprayed sheet pans. 2 Combine teriyaki and worcestershire sauce. Mix well. Brush chicken with glaze. Reserve glaze for use in Step 4. 3 Using a convection oven, bake at 325 F. 10 to 12 minutes on high fan, closed vent. CCP: Internal temperature must reach 165 F. or higher for 15 seconds. CCP: Hold for service at 140 F. or higher. 4 Remove chicken from oven. Pour remaining glaze equally between serving pans. CCP: Hold for service at 140 F. or higher. Nutrition
