Method

1 Drain peas.
2 Saute mushrooms in butter or margarine.
3 Heat peas; drain and combine with mushrooms; mix gently. CCP: Internal temperature must reach 145 F. or higher for 15 seconds.
Hold for service at 140 F. or higher.
