Method

1 Prepare sugar cookies according to package directions. Add water and peanut butter; beat on medium speed 1 minute. DO NOT
OVERMIX.
2 Spread approximately 6 pounds 14 ounces dough evenly into each pan.
3 Using a convection oven, bake at 325 F. for 20 for 25 minutes until lightly browned on low fan, closed vent. DO NOT
OVERBAKE. Cut 6 by 18 while still warm.
