CORNSTARCH 9 oz 2 cup
WATER 8-1/3 oz 1 cup
PEANUT BUTTER 2-1/4 lbs 1 qts

Method

1 Prepare soup according to package directions.
2 Combine cornstarch and water in a bowl. Slowly pour into boiling soup while stirring briskly with a wire whip. Boil 5 minutes.
3 Remove from heat. Add peanut butter. Mix well.
4 CCP: Hold for service at 140 F. or higher.
