Method 1 Prepare rice according to package directions. 2 Add cumin, chili powder to rice. 3 Cover and bake in convection oven at 350 F. with fan on for 25 minutes. 4 Carefully remove cover. Add diced tomatoes with juice. Return to oven and continue baking. CCP: Internal temperature must reach 140 F. or higher for 15 seconds. Mix well. CCP: Hold for service at 140 F. or higher. Nutrition
