Method 1 Mix sliced potatoes with sliced onions. Lightly spray each steam table pan with non-stick cooking spray. Place mixture in sprayed pans. 2 Add salad oil, salt and pepper. Mix lightly. 3 Using a convection oven, bake in 350 F. for 1 hour 15 minutes on high fan, closed vent or until tender. CCP: Hold for service at 140 F. or higher. Nutrition
