Method 1 Combine cocoa, salt, and sugar. 2 Add water; mix. Heat to boiling point; reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. 3 Reconstitute milk; add to cocoa syrup, stirring constantly. Add vanilla (optional); mix until well blended. 4 Heat to just below boiling. DO NOT BOIL. 5 Serve hot. Notes 1 Cocoa may be served with miniature marshmallows. Nutrition
