Method 1 Slice ham into thin slices, 20 to 24 slices per pound. 2 Spread 1 slice bread with mustard. Place 2 slices ham on bread. Place 1 slice cheese on top of ham. Top with lettuce and second slice bread. 3 Cut each sandwich in half. CCP: Hold for service at 41 F. or lower. Nutrition
