Method

1 Place bacon slices on 350 F. griddle. Grill approximately 5 minutes turning once after 3 minutes, until slightly crisp. Remove
excess fat as it accumulates on griddle.
2 Drain thoroughly. Place on absorbent paper or in perforated steam table pan. CCP: Hold for service at 140 F. or higher.
