GREEN BEANS WITH MUSHROOMSIngredients
Method 1 Saute mushrooms in butter. 2 Add beans to salted water. Bring to a boil; cover; simmer 5 to 8 minutes, or until beans are just tender. Drain; reserve 1 quart liquid. 3 Combine mushrooms, beans, bean liquid and pepper. Mix lightly; serve. CCP: Heat to 145 F. or higher for 15 seconds. Hold for service at 140 F. or higher. Nutrition
