Method 1 Use frozen French fried potatoes. 2 Lightly spray sheet pans with non-stick cooking spray. 3 Place about 3 pounds 14 ounces potatoes on each sheet pan. 4 Using a convection oven, bake at 450 F. 20 to 25 minutes on high fan, open vent. CCP: Hold at 140 F. or higher for service. Nutrition
