Method

1 Slice corned beef across the grain 1/16-inch slices.
2 Spread 1 slice bread with 2 teaspoons mustard. Place 2 to 3 slices corned beef and 1 slice cheese on bread; top with lettuce and
second slice bread.
3 Cut each sandwich in half. CCP: Hold for service at 41 F. or lower.
