CORN BREAD (CORN BREAD MIX)Ingredients
Method 1 Prepare mix according to instructions on container. 2 Lightly spray each pan with non-stick cooking spray. Pour 1 gallon of batter into each pan. 3 Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 425 F. or if a convection oven is used, bake at 375 F. for 20 minutes or until done on low fan, open vent or until done. 4 Cool; cut 6 by 9. Notes 1 Cornbread Mix is a slightly sweetened product. In Step 1, 2-1/8 cup of granulated sugar may be added to mix if a sweeter product is desired. Nutrition
