Method

1 Prepare 1-1/3 recipes Barbecue Sauce, Recipe No. O 002 00. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Simmer 25 minutes or utilize prepared
BBQ sauce.
2 Drain beef. Add beef chunks to barbecue sauce. Mix well. Cook 15 minutes, or until beef is heated thoroughly. CCP: Internal
temperature must reach 145 F. or higher for 15 seconds. Hold for service at 140 F. or higher.
